What We Collect
We collect minimal and anonymous data to understand site usage. We record page view counts, referrers (where you came from), and browser information like type, operating system, and screen size. IP addresses are processed only in RAM memory for a maximum of 8 hours to identify returning visitors and geographic location, but are never stored permanently. We do not use cookies for tracking.
Why We Collect It
To understand which pages are visited and how to improve our content. This helps us identify which practice areas are most sought after, improve the browsing experience, and identify technical issues. We do not use this data for tracking, advertising, or profiling.
How We Store It
Our Infrastructure
We host this site at Hetzner datacenter in Nuremberg, Germany with ISO 27001 certification. We use self-hosted GoatCounter for analytics and Caddy as web server configured with no IP address logging.
Self-hosting gives us full control over where data is stored, who has access to data, technology choices, and server configuration and logs. All data remains in Germany/European Union and nothing is shared with third parties.
We use GoatCounter because IP addresses are never stored permanently (only processed in memory for up to 8 hours), session identifiers are anonymous and cannot be linked back to you, there are no tracking cookies, and aggregated data shows only general site usage trends.
Messages sent to @guizeline.com.br addresses are processed through Microsoft Office 365. All communications are treated with professional confidentiality and attorney-client privilege. Microsoft’s privacy policy applies to the technical processing of these messages.
Your Rights
Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) - Lei nº 13.709/2018 and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have rights over your personal data.
Since we collect only anonymous data without IP addresses or user identifiers, we cannot link data to you individually. This means there is no personal data to access, delete, or correct.
