Privacy on this site
This site is made only of static HTML and CSS pages. It contains no JavaScript, and no code of any kind runs in your browser. Everything the pages load, including the fonts, comes from the site itself.
We don't use cookies, we don't store any of your data in your browser, and we don't install any analytics tool on the site, ours or anyone else's. We don't show ads either. There are no forms to fill in here, so the site doesn't ask for your personal information.
Who hosts the site
The site is hosted by bunny.net, a service of BunnyWay d.o.o., a company based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The site's files, which are only the public pages, are stored in Frankfurt, Germany, with a copy in São Paulo, Brazil. The bunny.net service delivers the pages through a network of servers in several countries. A visitor in Brazil may be served by a server in Brazil or outside it.
As with any site, when you open a page your browser sends the server your internet address (IP) and basic technical information, such as the address of the page requested. The server needs this information to deliver the page. This processing, which the site needs in order to work, is based on our legitimate interest (art. 7, IX, of the LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
We have turned off bunny.net's access logging, the feature that keeps a record of each request made to the site. We have checked this setting on bunny.net itself. The bunny.net service is also set not to send cookies.
Even with that logging off, bunny.net keeps aggregate statistics on the site's traffic: counts of requests, errors and data volume, among others, per time period and per server, with no IP, page address or browser details. It also records failures to fetch the site's files from where they are stored. Each of these records carries the date and time, the server region, the error type, the response code and the address requested. We don't control how long bunny.net keeps this information.
Where data is processed
BunnyWay d.o.o. processes this small amount of information as the processor acting on our behalf. It is a company in the European Union, and the server that delivers a page may be outside Brazil, so this processing may take place outside the country.
Emails sent to @guizeline.com.br addresses go through Microsoft 365. We treat every message with professional confidentiality. In its Products and Services Data Protection Addendum, Microsoft says it may transfer customer data to the United States or any other country in which Microsoft or its subprocessors operate, and store and process it there, except as described elsewhere in the addendum. Before sending sensitive information by email, we recommend reading the addendum.
